Air-fryer lamb chops

Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, such as rosemary, thyme or oregano
- 8 lamb chops
- chopped fresh parsley, to serve (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Combine the oil, garlic and herbs in a bowl. Add the lamb chops and mix into the oil so they’re well coated.
- STEP 2
Heat the air-fryer to 190C. Put the lamb chops in the air-fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in two batches – try not to squeeze them in or the fat won't crisp). Cook for 6 mins, then turn over and cook for a further 4-6 mins. They should be slightly pink in the middle, but you can cook for longer if you prefer them well done.

Arrange on a platter and scatter over some fresh chopped parsley, if you like.
