Our life rhythm requires a lot of strength and energy. Everybody knows that we need to recharge time after time, but not all of us know how to do it. So today let’s talk about vitamins and minerals that you get during a day. Is it enough for your organism, how do you think? Do you feel sleepy or, maybe, tired? The reason can be just at the level of your eyes. The lack of vitamins! What would you think if I will tell you that it’s not necessary to go to the drugstore and buy all kinds of vitamin complexes in offer?! I really would love to share some simple options that I usually use instead. Almost each of us has kitchen equipment to try all the recipes I am giving and you will see how it works! Amazing result won’t let you wait for too long! I want to add that the big part of my digestion problems was solved by juices.
The first device I got when I started my healthy way was a juicer. Lots of them have come a long path through the years with me, but the must-have device in my kitchen is, certainly, a juicer!
The easiest way to fill your organism and to refresh your body with vitamins and minerals is fresh juices! And you will be surprised how it’s easy and interesting to prepare a variety of juices which will bring energy and pleasure to all your family! Everyone will enjoy this glass of liquid health.
What fruits or vegetables you like? Maybe oranges, apples, pears or even carrots? What about your kids? Unlikely they would gladly eat carrots, beetroot, and greens! But we can find a way, I assure you!
Just treat your family with a glass of homemade fresh juice in the morning, instead of store – bought pasteurized drink and you will see the empty glasses right away!
So here is a juice recipe I usually use for the breakfast. These ingredients are calculated for two, but of course, you can make a big jar of this source of nutrients and drink it during a day. And don’t forget that fresh juices are not for long-term storing. So start your day with good mood and tasty juice!
- 1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium apple, cut into eighths
- 4 large carrots, peeled
This is my basic juice recipe which I make most often for breakfast, it is very simple and delicious. You can try it in its original form, or you can add any other ingredients you like. Sometimes I make experiments and add spices or ice cubes. It tastes good with all kinds of berries, honey, coconut milk etc. You can even mix it with banana and seeds and you will get an amazing smoothie. It’s all up to you! Don’t hesitate to improvise and your meal will always be on the top!
