We have two plans to choose from:
Healthy Eating Plan
- Helps you eat the recommended number of calories (1,400-2,000 kcal) every day, without over-eating, so you feel your best.
- Includes healthy snacks and desserts for tasty treats when you want them.
- Perfectly balanced dishes mean you’ll hit all your nutrition goals.
Weight-Loss Diet
- This is a calorie-counted plan (1,200-1,500 cals per day) for steady, controlled weight loss.
- You won’t find any meal substitutes – just nourishing foods and generous portions so you won’t go hungry.
- All dishes are perfectly balanced to ensure you get enough vital nutrients.
Both our plans include:
- Triple-tested recipes from the Good Food team, with easy adaptations for vegans and vegetarians
- All meals and snacks for two people for a week
- Printable shopping list to buy everything you need in one go
